[Summary]

- Conduct loan kit operations such as in & outbound management

- Ensure that all 3PL operations comply with local regulation including J&J quality requirement & loan kit operation requirement

- Working with key internal & external stakeholders to improve the business performance of the Distributor

- Drive process improvements across the local supply chain

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key commercial stakeholders, regional logistics

- Monitor and maintain compliance with Good Distribution Practices, Health and safety, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements

[Responsibilities]

- Conduct in & outbound processes across Business Units

- Component inspection for import and returned instrument

- Back up for washing operation & other loan kit operation tasks

- Periodic physical inventory count

- Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement

- Follow up for internal quality requirements such as quality investigation/gap assessment with a timely manner 

- Be compliant with EHS requirements for the loan kit warehouse and washing center

[Requirements]

- Bachelor’s Degree or above

- Good communication skills in English and Korean

- Knowledge of quality/compliance, supply chain, operations, and logistics is highly desired

- Customer (internal and external) driven approach

[Preferred Qualifications]

- More than 1 year of experience in the medical devices industry or warehouse/distribution field is preferred

- Experience in orthopedic device management is preferred

- SAP WM / myMediset module experience is preferred
