<JJ Holds a Realistic Media Exhibition>

Jeonju University will showcase Donghak Metabus as a media facade for the climate crisis at the Jeonbuk Provincial Museum of Art.

Jeonju University's Realistic Media Innovation Sharing University Project Group (Director Han Dong-sung) held a Realistic Media Exhibition at the Jeonbuk Provincial Museum of Art from 6:30 p.m. on July 8 (Fri), and opened and demonstrated 10 results of the summer vacation project class to the public.

Jeonju University and Jeonbuk Provincial Museum of Art conducted intensive project classes using the summer vacation period. On the last day, the project classes were held to open the results of the class to the general public. Thirty-two university students, seven ordinary people, six media facade experts, and three companies related to realistic media in the province, including Jeonju University, Konkuk University, Gyewon Art University, and Keimyung University, participated together.

The Realistic Media Concentration Project class was conducted as a class on <the Local Content Realization Media project>, which builds a virtual metaverse space through materials related to Donghak in Jeollabuk-do, and <the Social Living Lab Realization Media project>, which focuses on expressing the global issue of climate crisis with media facade techniques.

Kim Hyun-joon (Jeonju University, 3rd year of tourism management) who participated in the class said, "I participated in the realistic media seasonal semester class for 2 years following last year, and it was meaningful to participate in the project class that incorporates new technologies every year." He also said, "This year was especially meaningful to be with my friends from Keimyung University, Keiwon University, and Konkuk University."

Jeonju University was selected in two areas of realistic media and artificial intelligence at the Ministry of Education's Digital Innovation Sharing College Project last year, leading the development of joint degrees and subjects with Korea's leading new digital technology university.
