LINC+ Enterprise Organization, Hold LINC+ HATCH Opening DAY
On May 17, LINC+ enterprise, which is supporting the ministry of education and the korea research foundation and fostering an industrial-academic cooperation, held the “2018 LINC+ HATCH Opening Day” at HATCH Station in Jeonju university.
The event, which was proceeded from 13:00 to 18:00, was held to strengthen students’ abilities by providing opportunities to experience new industries in the fourth industrial revolution. This event attracted about 200 students through 3D modeling, VR, and AR experience booths.
Also, for active operation of HATCH educational space, it promoted the efficiency of space operation by operating the HATCH space and equipment usage briefing session for teachers who would actually use space and equipment.
The head of Jeonju university LINC+, professor Ju Song said that “taking this event as an opportunity, we will prepare various convergence educational programs which are related to the fourth industrial revolution, so HATCH space can be a place that improves students’ creativity and integrated thinking ability.”
