BMW Korea Future Foundation completed employment special lectures.


Jeonju University (President Park Jin-bae) Department of Logistics and Trade (Director Song Min-geun) hosted the Young Talent Dream Project of the BMW Korea Future Foundation and held a special employment lecture as a school's Together Project on November 8.


Kim Yong-jin, manager of the personnel team at Nationalmotors Co., Ltd. a province company in Jeollabuk-do, gave a special lecture under the theme of “How to Greet HRer”. He summarized that the talent required by a company is “not a high speculator, but a suitable person for the company”, and that "the suitable person here is a person who can prepare for the job that suits his strengths in school and other activities, and if he joins the company, he can use it to achieve results."


The instructor explained in detail the questions about the employment preparation of about 70 students who attended the Q&A session after the lecture.In addition, Nationalmotors Co., Ltd. decided to review field training for logistics and trade students.


The Young Talent Dream Project is a lecture program by BMW Korea Future Foundation (Chairman Han Sang-yoon), a non-profit foundation group of BMW Korea, for future automotive industry talents. It is a job lecture program specializing in the automobile industry that helps high school students and college students, who are the main players who will lead a sustainable future, discover talents, find dreams, and grow into responsible leaders.


Meanwhile, Jeonju University's Department of Logistics and Trade is contributing to improving the employment rate through active industry-academic cooperation, with 13 internships completed last summer and 8 regular workers produced through industry-academic cooperation with Coupang Fulfillment Co., Ltd.
