Tuition Registration Notice & Missed Tuition Payment Guide
First: February 20, 2026 – February 27, 2026 (09:00–16:00)
Additional: March 10, 2026 – March 12, 2026 (09:00–16:00)
Final: March 24, 2026 – March 26, 2026 (09:00–16:00)
Pay using the virtual bank account listed on the tuition bill (each student has an individual account).
Payment methods include:
Bank counter payment
Mobile banking / Internet banking / Telephone banking
ATM transfer (deposit without bankbook)
The virtual account is issued in the student’s name.
Even if another person makes the payment, the registration will automatically be processed under the student’s name.
Even if the tuition bill shows 0 KRW, students must still complete registration using one of the following methods:
Register through the inSTAR system
Receive payment confirmation from the designated bank
If using the virtual account, pay any miscellaneous fees
Payment confirmation can be printed after 6:00 PM on the same day of payment through inSTAR.
Students can also confirm payment through their bank website:
Login → Public Payments → Tuition → Payment History.
Students who miss the regular tuition payment period must complete payment during the next available registration period:
Additional Registration: March 10 – March 12 (09:00–16:00)
Final Registration: March 24 – March 26 (09:00–16:00)
Failure to complete tuition payment by the final registration period may result in registration issues or academic restrictions, so students are strongly advised to complete payment as soon as possible.
3rd Installment: March 10 – March 12
4th Installment: April 7 – April 9
Final Installment: May 6 – May 8
If an installment payment is missed, the student will be required to pay the remaining balance in full during the next scheduled installment period.
