Attendance is Part of Your Grade at Jeonju University (JJU)

Attendance directly affects your final grade. Please follow these instructions carefully:

1️⃣ Download the Attendance App

• Go to Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).

• Search for: “Jeonju Univ Smart Attendance”

• Download and install the app.

2️⃣ Log In

• Open the app.

• Log in using:

  • Your Student Number

  • Your Password

3️⃣ During Class – How Attendance Works

• When the professor starts attendance, Screen (2) will appear.

• After a short time, you will see the message:

  “Your attendance has been confirmed.”

• Screen (2) will then close automatically.

✅ This means your attendance has been successfully recorded.

• If Screen (3) appears, make sure to select “Yes” to confirm your attendance.

⚠️ If you do not press “Yes,” your attendance may not be recorded.

4️⃣ Very Important

• Always bring your phone to class.

• Keep your phone fully charged.

• Turn on Wi-Fi or mobile data if needed.

• After every class, check the app to confirm you are marked Present (출석).

• If you are marked absent by mistake, contact your professor immediately.

🚨 Important Reminder: If your attendance is not properly recorded, it can negatively affect your grade. Please check your attendance after every class.
