The University Job Plus Center operates a first-grade qualification course for career counselors to strengthen the career employment guidance capabilities of faculty members.

Jeonju University University Job Plus Center (Director Lee Sang-haeng) has stepped up to strengthen the professional career and employment guidance capabilities of faculty members.

From the 17th to the 18th, the "first-grade qualification course for career counselors" organized by the KMA (Korea Management Association) was held at the Star Center Onnuri Hall.

This education was prepared as the importance of career counseling at universities expanded, and it was revealed that actual career counseling career guidance and career counseling will be possible through career counseling using career counseling approaches and tools.

The first-grade qualification courses for career counselors enabled students to design their career directions and guide their careers through the following methods: ▲ career decision counseling for university students, ▲ career counseling techniques, ▲ career coaching methods, and ▲ Improvement the professionalism of professors and employees who frequently face students by organizing career tests and interpretation methods, and reinforcement the role of career counseling

In addition, it is expected that it will be actively used for career guidance courses and career counseling by obtaining the "first-grade career counselor" qualification, a private certificate registered with KRIVET (Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training), through written tests after completion of education.
