Jeonju University, Operated Flight Crew Training Courses ‘Starting place of becoming the person I Dreamed of’
- Operating the third stage (theory-practice-real life experience) job training course for the employment of aircrews to reinforce job capacity -

The Jeonju University Job Center (the director Kyunchul Park) operates a step-by-step training program to foster flight crews for registered students and local youths who wish to get a job in aviation services.
The program is operated in three ‘theory-practice-real life experience’ stages with the aim of joining the airline. On July 29, about 20 students had a training session for two days to practice and be trained to be flight attendants at Asiana Airlines Training Center.
Students were trained to develop their ability to cope with real life situations such as crew etiquette, wearing uniforms, hairstyles, makeup, and emergency landing training, and also had time to practice in-flight service practice with mock customers.
Students, who participated in the flight crew program, previously participated in ‘flight crew training course’ for five days and learned the theory and practical skills required for flight crews. As instructors, Haeryeon Choi, CEO of Sky Academy, flight attendants, and personnel managers from the airline participated in the training. They taught the basic contents such as crew image making, application preparation, airline interview, and English interview, and all students who participated achieved a service instructor certification (first rate).
Yoonju Lee, who participated in the training, said that “I could have various experiences through the flight crew practice camp and was motivated to prepare harder. I really want to recommend this program to students and local youths who want to get a job in the aviation service sector.”
The professor Gyuncheol Park, the director of Jeonju University Job Center, said that “The flight crew training process had allowed students and local youths to improve their job performances,” and he continued to say that “We will provide various programs to help students identifying the jobs they want to be employed and develop their skills that they need to get a job.”
