In October 2018, Jeonju University and Harim group signed an employment-linked agreement that fosters human resources based on aptitude, jointly designed the curriculum for seven months, and selected students according to Harim group’s selection procedures for public recruitment, including human aptitude tests and interviews.

As a result, 22 students were selected for the 14 positions of Harim group, including IT, public facilities, production management, distribution center, and public relations, and they will join Harim group, including Harim Food, NS Home Shopping, Sunjin Pork, and Farmsco, in 2022 after finishing the course of industrial education.

Starting this year, Jeonju University and Harim Group announced that they will regularly select participating students to run the Harim-beSTAR educational curriculum every year and will continue to expand the industry and academic cooperative models that are linked to fostering and recruiting talented people.

Meanwhile, Jeonju University has established ‘Superstar College,’ a college composed of convergence majors, and is currently operating 15 convergence majors, including Harim industry and education convergence major, to cope with the demands required by society and industry since 2017.
